How to track my order?

You can check the progress of your order directly in the "order tracking" section.
Don't panic: it can sometimes take a while for the tracking to update. 

What are the delivery times?

Each item is made to order. Orders generally arrive in less than 4 weeks, this time takes into account the handmade making.

We deliver all over the world.

What is the process of creation?

Our creations are thought out in New Jersey! Our workshops are located in Europe, Asia and Oceania in order to benefit from the best materials and know-how. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact support for more instructions. We accept returns 30 days after delivery. We do not offer exchanges. 

How do I modify or cancel my order?

We process, prepare, pack your order very quickly. Once your order is confirmed, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
